BACP accredited; Honours degree and diploma in counselling. I work short- and long-term, in private practice and in NHS and educational settings, seeing individuals and couples across a wide spectrum in terms of age, problems, and cultural and sexual diversity.
My aim is to help people explore, understand and challenge their difficulties and nurture their own recovery. I'm specially interested in the overlap between emotional and physical health, and in how we are affected by our family experiences. I work mainly with words and, if appropriate, with creativity - drawing, imagery and dreams.
