I work with individuals and couples in private practice ; counselling couples, and delivering parenting and pupil programmes in schools,for Relate; and as a group facilitator for the NHS and Southampton University. I also offer supervision to other counsellors. My practice base is within easy reach of Poole and Bournemouth.
I am interested in how we make meaning of life experiences, and I work with the client's own story, and sometimes images, figurines, stones, drawings, etc., to facilitate discovery and deepen understanding.
