I work with individuals,couples and families using an integrative approach. For short term work I'll mainly use CBT. For longer term work I'll use a psychodynamic and gestalt approach with CBT interventions where appropriate. Fees £25 - £40 depending on income. I offer 2 places at £5 for those on income support.
I work with people to: develop better relationships; accept anger by learning to be assertive; minimise anxiety, depression and/or worry. I've also worked successfully with people suffering from post traumatic stress and obsessive complusive disorder. I can help people to explore their identity and/or sexuality as well as their aspirations.
