I work both short-term and longer-term with the following issues: relationships, loss, confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, identity, spirituality. The first session is exploratory and gives us both a chance to see if we can work together.
I am interested in exploring possible links between physical, emotional and mental problems and I tailor my approach/techniques according to the specific needs of clients. I work with individual clients of all ages (from 5 years upwards), couples and families. Reduced fees are available to students/unemployed etc
