As an Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist/Counsellor, I believe that we all have habitual patterns of relating which have developed throughout life, sometimes in response to major trauma or loss.
Regular sessions provide a safe space to explore inner feelings. Understanding how the past affects the present can create the freedom to change and develop.
I work with individual adults, and offer an initial session of 90 minutes followed by weekly sessions of 50 minutes, either long- or short-term as appropriate. Sessions costs £35 sometimes negotiable.
