I am a UKCP and BACP registered, integrative body psychotherapist. I offer a confidential space for individual short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy.
I am experienced in working with bereavement and loss; relationship difficulties; stress and anxiety; addiction and eating disorders; trauma; Aspergers Syndrome. I am happy to work on a more spiritual level, exploring a deeper sense of you. My intention when I work is to attend to you as a whole person-your mind, body, and soul.
